1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by StudioCharge (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is offered by the business identified in the header and footer of this page (“Business”), which uses technology and infrastructure provided by StudioCharge.

2. Description of Service

The Service allows you to complete digital forms, waivers, membership sign-ups, and related transactions as presented by the hosting business. This may include:

• Providing contact and identity information.
• Reviewing and agreeing to terms, waivers, and policies.
• Processing secure payments for memberships or services.

Form content and data handling are determined by the hosting business; StudioCharge facilitates secure collection and, where applicable, transmission to the business and its designated systems (e.g., Mindbody).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service or provide consent for a minor where permitted. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Your Obligations

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
3. Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Read and comply with all specific waivers or policies presented by the hosting business.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to StudioCharge. You do not acquire any right, title, or interest in the Service except the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STUDIOCHARGE, THE HOSTING BUSINESS, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to the hosting business in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
